This website is operated by RAMMI DEVELOPMENTS PRIVATE LIMITED (“RAMMI”, “we”, “us”), a development and construction company with its office at #6-17-2/11, Lawsons Bay Colony, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. This policy explains what personal information we collect through www.rammidevelopments.com and our internal staff systems, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Enquiries you send us. When you use the “Request a quote” form, we receive your name, phone number, project type, plot location and any details you type. The form also opens WhatsApp with your message so you can send it to us directly.

Customers, vendors and employees. If you buy from us, supply us, or work with us, we keep the information needed for that relationship, such as contact details, booking and payment records, PAN and GSTIN where required by law, and only the last four digits of Aadhaar.

Technical information. Our hosting provider processes basic request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (such as our website and database host, and our file storage provider), with banks, government and regulatory authorities where the law requires it, and with professional advisers bound by confidentiality.

Our internal staff system (“RAMMI ERP”) can connect to a Google Drive account belonging to the company, using Google’s drive.file permission. With it, RAMMI ERP only creates, reads, updates and deletes the files and folders that RAMMI ERP itself created: uploaded project documents and site photos, purchase-order PDFs and database backups. It cannot see any other file in that Drive.

This data is used only to store and retrieve those company files for our employees. It is not used for advertising, is not sold, is not used to train artificial intelligence models, and is not shared with anyone else except as required by law. The Google Drive connection can be removed at any time from the staff system or from your Google Account’s third-party connections.

RAMMI ERP’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The public website sets no cookies of its own. The embedded Google Map on our contact section is provided by Google and may set Google’s cookies under Google’s privacy policy. Our staff system uses a strictly necessary sign-in cookie for employees only.

Our website and staff system are hosted on Cloudflare, and company files and backups are kept in Google Drive. Access to staff systems is limited to authorised employees with individual logins, passwords are stored only in hashed form, and access is logged. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your information.

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for up to three years. Customer, vendor and employee records are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the periods required by tax, company and real-estate laws. Database backups are kept for 90 days.

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or update it, ask us to erase it where we no longer need it, and withdraw consent you have given.
